Lose Weight With Herbalife

Hi,

This is my success story on how I lost weight.
I had my third child in May 2004. I was over weight and unhappy. I started Herbalife in July, 2005. I took the healthy nutrition products, at that time I worked in a factory. The shakes and the Total Control were 2 of my favorite products. I used 8 ounces of soymilk and 2 tablespoons of Dutch Chocolate Nutritional Shake Mix to make my shakes. I had 2 healthy meal shakes a day. So easy to make and a great way to start your morning off everyday. I had lost 35 pounds using the Herbalife products.

I had lots of ENERGY running my 4 machines at a job I hated. Everybody wanted to know how I got so skinny. I was living proof that the products do work. People were even watching me in the lunch room and wanted to know what I was eating. I Truly Love Herbalife! You can also earn money with Herbalife. It does take work, like any other business. This is a Legit way to make money. I enjoy helping people to live a longer life. I got my health back and so can you.

Some Tips On Losing Weight, That Also Helped Me.

* Drink plenty of water.

* Have a healthy protein shake. Delicious and a lot of great nutrition for you. Also some shakes can be good for your heart.

* Try to stay away from sweets or eat less. A lot of sugar is not good for you and it is also bad for your teeth.

* Do not over eat. Eat smaller portions, through out your day. When your stomache tells you, you are full just stop. It doesn't feel good when you over eat anyway. Nobody likes a belly ache.

* Try to eat when you are hungry. When your stomache is growling it is saying you need to eat.

* Eat more fruits and vegetables.

* When you eat a salad, try adding more lean protein to it. I like to use ham and grilled chicken. Lean protein fills you up quicker and it takes longer to digest. It helps keep you full for a while, so you don't over eat.

* Snack healthy, if you are still hungry. I actually gave up my junk food, such as chips, soda and candy bars.

* Walking is a great way to get some much needed exercise. Try to stay active.

* Supplements that are all safe and natural.

Water, healthy nutrition protein shakes, lean protein meats, fruits and vegetables, walking and supplements will help promote weight loss.
